John's work is published annually as the update to the Washington section of "The Limited Liability Company" by Whynott & Bagley. He has authored and presented "A Comparison of Product Safety Law and Liability Prevention in the United States and Europe (1990)" to the Symposium on Harmonization of European Laws in Washington, D.C., and he directed the 1990 supplement to Product Liability: Design and Manufacturing Defects by Lewis F. Bass (McGraw-Hill).
Educated at San Jose State University, John received his Bachelor of Science-Administration of Justice (with distinction) in 1976, and his Master of Public Administration in 1978. John received his Juris Doctor (JD) in 1982 from Lincoln University School of Law, San Francisco California.
